MEDIA RELEASE FORM

1. Grant of Rights

I, the undersigned, hereby grant RY The RV Guy (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), its employees, agents, and licensees the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, and display photographs, video recordings, or any other form of media taken during or after the completion of any RV repair service, for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

This may include, but is not limited to, use on the Company’s website, social media platforms, advertisements, printed materials, or any other media. I agree that the Company may use my name, likeness, and voice (if applicable) in connection with these materials.

2. Purpose of Media Use

The materials may be used to:

• Promote services, products, and customer satisfaction

• Show completed RV repair work and showcase the Company’s service quality

• Provide before-and-after examples of repairs, enhancements, or upgrades

3. Release of Liability

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of these images, videos, or recordings, including, but not limited to, any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or misrepresentation.

4. No Compensation

I agree that no compensation or remuneration will be provided for the use of these media materials, as I am participating voluntarily.

5. Ownership of Materials

I understand that all materials taken by the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company. This includes any images, video recordings, and other related materials.

6. Consent to Use

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this Media Release Form, and I voluntarily consent to the terms stated above.
